Option to view all students in one list by year in Registration Manager
It would be very useful for secretaries to see all students within one list rather than by each year when adding registration information instead of clicking between each year and form.

The reason that the system does not have the option to show all students in one list is because the list could then contain anywhere from 50 to over 1000 students, depending on the school. This would mean that the page would automatically show the data for all those students and so the page (rather than loading within a few seconds once the year group/division/form filters are selected) would take several minutes to load each time and probably longer for larger schools. In the long run, therefore, having the full list of students on one screen would actually make the process slower. I hope this explanation helps.
