We have a few former pupils wanting to come back to the UK for the Summer Term at our school.
Based on this, we cannot move their former file to current pupils, as there will be no log of them studying with us in the previous year. Also we cannot add a new enquiry on to the Admissions Manager, as this will duplicate the student's file twice on the system.
Is there any way we can have a single student record for all re-joining students where the system can accommodate previous and current student history i.e. leaving date, re-joining date, attendance, communication, etc. all under one file.
We also work with SIMS for some of our other sites that accommodates this feature and this might be a feature that you can also accommodate, as it will help with the system not to duplicate records.
