Gradebook Lock to apply to the Shared Editable Columns shared in other Gradebooks
If you lock a gradebook, data can still be added, edited or deleted via the shared editable columns shared in other Gradebooks. Would be nice if locking the gradebook would lock all the columns that are shared out to other gradebooks.
We're currently updating the process for creating, managing, and amending gradebooks in Curriculum Manager. Soon, you'll be able to generate gradebooks with preset assessment columns, which include the integration of external data such as targets and attainment, along with formulae and calculated columns. These preset elements will remain fixed in the Gradebooks but can be modified through the Gradebook Management area in Curriculum Manager. Teachers will still have the flexibility to add assessment columns to this structured template, and you'll have the option to predefine specific assessment columns for reporting and analytics purposes.
We are aiming to launch this enhanced version of Curriculum Manager in September/October 2024.
