We have 2 people looking after Attendance and making sure the attendance was taken regularly. The staff members are running reports at the end of each term but it will be very helpful if they are alerted when a pupil's attendance goes under a particular percentage (for example under 95% a letter should be send to parents then if the percetage continue to goes down a second letter should go out) if a particular member of staff could be alerted that will be very usedul.
Also if possible an option for automatic email with a letter template send to parents when their child reach a particular percentage of attendance.
