This would be really useful for us too. We use the email to notify parents of medical visits but using the Cc/Bcc functionality combined with templates we've devised. The issue is that the templates pull the pupil names for the parents, but the copied in members of staff just get the <<pupil name>> type tag and have no idea who it is about.
Functionality such as this idea suggests could be used to pull the pupil name through to the head of year knows which pupil has seen the nurse.
