Within Reports Manager there is a useful feature that allows you to soft delete reports.
In order to remove the reports, you need to use the filters to locate the reports, subjects, pupils and/or teachers.
It would be great if these filtering options could be enhanced:
At the moment, the list of report cycles is one long alphabetical list. Once you have a large number of report cycles, it gets harder to located the exact cycle you are interested in. It would be great if the very first filter you worked with was the academic year of the report cycle (with the most recent academic year listed at the top). If there was an additional filter by term, that would also be helpful.
The optional parameters do not appear to cascade. For example, if you select a single year group, you still see the full list of pupils in the pupil filter, not just those for your selected year group. Likewise, if you filter by subject, you see all possible teachers, not just those who wrote reports for that subject.
These additional features would greatly improve the useability of the feature.

The list of reporting cycles in alphabetical order makes it really hard to find the correct cycle. At least indicate the year / term to give us a clue ! The number in brackets doesn't mean anything to us.
