The Housepoints on the dashboard of Reward and Conduct show number of records and not actual housepoints. This is because years ago isams changed the table to have two numbers and not one I believe. I have had to change my reports to correct this. Now my management are reading off the wrong figures and announcing them in assembly. I have logged this with the service support desk and they confirmed this and suggested putting something here. Date 14/5/2024. If a child gets 5 housepoints in one go, this is counted as 1 on the dashboard as we have work x 5 as a side option to get around issues with the single pupil entry not allowing more than one HP by default as an option. hope this helps as I like isams but this is rubbish
