We need to periodically email parents of a child, and in that email we would like to show the 'guardians' that we have listed against that child, for the purposes of having the parent confirm that they are indeed the guardian.
Could 'guardians' be included as a new mail merge field to allow us to make this kind of letter?
Thank you for your suggestion. I am investigating the possibility of adding the field 'Parental Responsibility' to the mail merge filtering options - do you think this would work for your requirements?
