When adding documents to the Parent Portal or linking children to their parents accounts, I have been told I cannot search for Former Pupils and so cannot use them. The Former pupil has to be put into Applicants or Current and then I will be able to search for them in the Parent Portal Manager module.
Can this please be changed there are many instances, like today, when the GCSE results were published that we need to be able to link former pupils to their parents accounts or upload a document for the former pupil's parents to see.
