Sometimes we need to email cohorts of pupils with details of how to access other systems (e.g., CEM assessments) with their own unique passcode. We would like the ability to be able to use a merge file with those unique passcodes already pre-prepared that could be incorporated into an email from Student Manager, rather than having to email each pupil individually.
I know that School Post part of FireFly Learning allows you to upload an Excel file, and then you can choose to include data from that file, like we can do in iSAMS eg: Letter Salutation. It would be a really helpful option.
Hi Claire. I created custom fields in Student Manager containing student passcodes and then I use an E-Mail Template to send personalized emails to students. Maybe that helps. Those custom fields can be populated with passcodes using Bulk edit option in the pink drop-down menu or you can send an excel sheet to iSAMS and they will do it for you.
