This year we had to assign codes to our rooms which are different than their original names, but our students and staff are used to using the original names. When I publish cover and room closure cover it displays the code instead of the name which is very confusing. We looked at the settings bud could not find anything that would set up the system so that on master cover, it would show the room name instead of the room code. Help desk confirmed that as of right now it is not possible.
Similarly, when I look at a teacher´s timetable through view teacher timetable, the rooms are shown correctly- that is with room names, but when I download the master spreadsheet that has all the timetables, in the spreadsheet the rooms are shown with the code and not with the name.
