Preferred Pronouns on Attendance Registers

With the changing nature of society, it would be helpful for us to include preferred pronouns for students, particularly those choosing to use 'they/their'.

At the moment we create a wellbeing concern and email all teachers using the Contact Pupil Teachers; however, this doesn't help when we have an external teacher covering the class, similar to why we have flags on the register for Support for Learning and Vulnerable and High Priority students.

We appreciate the wish to keep the register as clean as possible, but, from a teacher's perspective, that is where this information needs to be: as a constant reminder and obvious for any teacher covering the class.
