Please make it so that more types of Student Register fields can be visible when the search filter icon is hovered over.
For example, our dietary requirements register has an apple icon. The types of requirement are held in a multi-select listbox, and there's a free-text box for notes. Currently when you click on the apple icon from Student Manager lists you can only see whatever is held in the free text box, and not the values from the list box. This means teachers can see that there is a dietary requirement but not what it actually is.
The workaround suggested is to copy values into the text box, but this renders the list box redundant, making reporting/searching/filtering harder and would lead to errors if one area was updated but not the other.
