SEARCH All Staff by DEPARTMENT

I've just discovered that in the HR Manager you can't search on DEPARTMENT.

This is yet another absolutely VITAL search function that must be needed by a lot of schools and should be a simple fix to add this field to the Custom Search Screen.

There are more than just teachers working in Schools.
