This is mainly for backend management and will be useful to the IT team for each school. If a data is incorrect and several teachers have downloaded that data while it was incorrect, there is currently no way to point who has the wrong data and inform them directly. We have to inform all teachers which is incredibly inefficient. In any areas, mistakes can happen and someone might have input the wrong grade for a student. This now results in that teacher making crucial decisions based on that grade in a short period. It would be great if we have a audit log of all exports. It is best practice in any database and also needed when working with important student data.
