Record 'Reason For Change' Within a Register Merged

As we now have to record reasons for changes of registration marks we now have the 'Reason for Change' tab within Registration Manager. This is useful but it does add a few extra steps and clicks for staff when changing a mark. It would be good to be able to able to either record the reason for change from within the register itself at the time the change is made, or perhaps to be able to click directly from the register to the change record and add the detail there.
