A significant number of our students have Ear Defenders and a few need coloured paper / overlays (which is different from colour naming) as part of their access arrangements. While we can detail these additional needs in the Arrangement Notes free text box, it would be incredibly helpful for these to categories to be added as tick boxes so that when the EAA report is pulled they are clearly indicated access needs.
Would it be possible to add a tick box options for both Ear Defenders and Coloured paper / Overlay on to the system please?
