When submitting a ticket for support it is extremely difficult to find the Submit Ticket button.
Could this be placed directly on the Support web page?

The "Submit Ticket" button is located in the top right corner of every page on the support website, provided your account has the necessary permissions.
It is also available as a link from the mobile menu.
