Improving Engagement: Allow Replies to Positive Comments

Currently, we have set up the positive comment to be sent to the parent email address when recorded in iSAMS. This has been a great addition, however, we have noticed a massive drop in responses back from parents. Normally, teachers would email home and then parents would reply to the positive message and it had a great impact on many areas, it opened channels of communication and encouraged more contact between school and home.


The issue is, the positive comment arrives from a No Reply address. My question is, please can we amend this so that the Positive Comment sent home comes with the sender's email so the dialogue can continue like it used to, please? I do not want duplication and extra work for teachers, so this will really help to keep comms open, teachers sending comments and parents having the opportunity to reply and affirm the messages received.
