We have some report cycles where parents will receive an interim report via the Parent Portal which will have the scores and grades from some progress tests.
Later on they'll receive one with comments. The issue is that between now and then some pupils will drop subjects, leading to them being removed from the teaching sets. Given the amount of data that will be shared between the two reports - basically everything except the comments - we've opted to use a single cycle to save staff time, but last year we noticed that the second run replaced the original report despite the routine and the output template being different. That means parents loose sight of the data relating to the dropped subject(s) despite the printing routines being different and the publishing templates being different.
Please can we have the ability to run multiple reports from a single cycle.

Linked to this is that the grades were originally added through Online Assessment Wizard, but for the initial report to be visible to parents it has to be in Reports Wizard which will then mean it takes longer for the teachers to add the comments as they go into each pupil in turn.
