It would be good if you could click through from an agent to the pupil/applicant details. Saves you finding an agent and a pupil and then having to go into Pupil Manager/Applicant Manager to look up the pupil.
I do believe that it would make a lot of sense to have the agent information linked to a pupil records as well. Otherwise it is like you are keeping the information in a spreadsheet and it isn't shared across the database. The only plus side to having this in agent manager is that you can pick a pupil.
