If a parent has submitted a Leave Request for, say, a medical appointment and this has been approved by the school, there is currently no option in the Portal for the parent to cancel the LR should the student's appointment be cancelled or rescheduled.
Parents can currently select to cancel a 'Pending' LR, but not a future 'Approved' one. The means that they have to email the school to get the request cancelled.
Please could parents have the option to cancel upcoming approved LRs? Obviously they should not be able to cancel a LR that is active or in the past, as this would change the register entries.
