We recently noticed that our teachers had access to the communication and email history of all staff with students. This meant that if a student had received emails from multiple staff members, all teachers could view these interactions. Due to GDPR concerns, we have since disabled this feature.
However, our teachers would still like to access their own communication history with their students and parents. For instance, if a teacher sends multiple emails in a day, they would like to review what has been sent.
Is there a way to enable this functionality while maintaining GDPR compliance?
