We would like to give staff the ability to edit daily bulletins (preferably only the ones they have submitted but we are happy to settle with being able to edit any of them) but to do so, have to give them modify access to the whole module.
This, however, allows them to self-approve their own submissions which we do not want to occur.
More granular permissions within the daily bulletin manager would be very helpful!
