It would be very helpful if the system could automatically add the file description or the name of the file when uploading to the Admission portal, ensuring it matches the description or title of the corresponding field on the form. This way, we could easily identify the document in the Pupil Manager. Currently, the document section shows a random text as the file name and "Admission Portal" as the description for any file uploaded by parents, which makes it difficult to quickly identify the document.
