In the Parent Portal, teacher names were displayed as School Salutation (Mr Happy) whereas Cloud Portal is displaying the teacher's Full Name (Stephen Archibald Happy). We do not want parents to see teachers' full names, we want to have the ability to configure how teacher names are displayed in the Cloud Portal (or have it default to School Salutation).
