Automate Parent Portal Account Reactivation for Returning Students or Siblings

I would like to propose the development of a feature that automatically reactivates parent accounts in the Parent Portal when a student or their sibling re-enrolls at the school after previously leaving. This would help streamline the process for returning families, ensuring a seamless transition without the need for manual intervention.

Currently, parent accounts are deactivated when a student leaves the school, but if the same student or their sibling enrolls again, parents must be re-invited to the Parent Portal. Automating the reactivation process would improve user experience and reduce administrative work, particularly in cases where multiple children from the same family are involved.

This feature would be beneficial in supporting returning families by ensuring they can quickly access important school information without delay.
