We would like to have the option to set up customisable automations where certain staff (e.g. Attendance Officer, Head of Year etc) will be sent an automated email where:
1) a register has not been taken after X minutes.
2) the register is incomplete e.g. 13 out of 20 students have a mark, 7 are not registered.
3) there are discrepancies between periods so it can be looked into. For example, a teacher completes their period 1 register and a student is marked ‘present’, but then the period 2 teacher marks that same student ‘absent’.
We know there is an Alert function in Registration Manager, but this relies on staff to spot trends and then physically click the Alert button. We want this automated.

Items 1 and 2 are features that we are currently developing in iSAMS. Please keep checking the iCommunity as we will post announcements regarding this feature when appropriate.
For the 3rd item, please would you create a separate idea for this and we can review it separately? This is a very interesting idea so if you can give any further examples of how it would be useful, that would be helpful.
