Currently in Student Profiling, clicking the + shows you parent contact details but not SOS/family circumstance notes, so teachers run the risk of contacting the wrong parent etc. SOS/Family circumstance notes should be displayed everywhere that parent contact details are displayed, and ideally made a bit more noticable eg bold/larger font.
