I would like to be able to set the timetable manager view of all timetables to default to period view.
I was able to do this through the Control Panel>Features module, but now this has been removed and the default for my timetables is for Day View, which is not as easy to visualise. I know period view is still available but should be the default.

Good Feature
I think this is when you have Control Panel > Feature Previewing > Timetable Manager > Calendar Viewer enabled?
Some schools may prefer Day view if they have a lot of staff who have timetables in 2 or more divisions. (That was why we originally enabled the feature preview.)
Ideally the default timetable view when this feature is enabled would be configurable between Period, Day, List, Month and Time options. (We would probably set the default to Period as this is currently the best view for the majority of our staff.)
The Day view would also be more useful if you didn't have to click the + to expand to see the full timetable every time you viewed.
Further to this, it is no longer possible to download a calendar .ics file from this timetable wizard.
This would be very useful - currently each time we look at a timetable we have to change to period view.
