Our iSams is integrated with MSP via a batch API. We currently use School Post for most school comms but would like to move to using iSams email wizard. School Post emails sync with MSP so that parents can view their school related emails on their portal home page under My Messages.
I have enquired (ticket #622599) but been told that currently there is no option for iSams emails to be exported via the batch API and therefore if we move to using this method, the audit trail of school emails will disappear from the MSP home page.
It would be really useful if email communications could be synced with MSP via the iSams batch API so we can move to this method with minimal impact for parents.
Please let me know if you need any more information about this.

This is vital for us. We were told that it is available where isams is hosted onsite but not on the cloud. Please make this available for cloud hosted as well.
