Can the email wizard have support for HTML. This would allow us to generate much better looking emails to parents.

This would make such an improvement to what we can send. In an ideal world, this would be a "WYSIWYG" designer like most modern email wizards. However, being able to edit the html of the content within the frame that the email wizard populates would be the next best thing.
Not being able to create good looking emails that are responsive with column stacking on smaller screens for example, is frustrating and feels very archaic in 2026.
