We have a pupil who has lost both his parents, and so the only contacts on his account are his Guardians and Emergency.
The Guardians have been unable to create a Parent Portal account, and after contacting Support I was informed there has to be a Parent(S) account on the pupils record to allow the Parent Portal account to be created.
I have therefore had to change the Guardians to show as Parents to allow the Parent Portal account to be created.
Can this please be looked into being resolved, at the time of a family going through so much grief, to then put obstacles in their way is not very helpful.
