In the Cloud Parent Portal > School Calendar, users can filter events by Year Group and view the calendar specifically for the selected Year Group. However, when the user downloads the calendar as a PDF, the filter is lost, and the system downloads the entire school calendar instead of just the filtered one.
Requested Enhancement:
Please update the PDF download functionality so that it respects and maintains the selected Year Group filter, ensuring that only the events visible in the filtered view are included in the downloaded PDF.
Reason:
This change would improve usability and ensure consistency between what users see on screen and what they download, making it easier for parents to access only the relevant information for their child’s year group.
