I recently contacted customer service regarding an issue with removing a student from a set in iSAMS. I followed the provided instructions, which explained that the student remains in the gradebook because they are still part of the set in Teaching Manager, and that removing them from the gradebook requires first removing them from the set.
However, despite following these steps, I am still unable to remove the student. Could you please advise on any additional steps or possible solutions?
If there is currently no way to remove a student from the gradebook without deleting them from the set in Teaching Manager, I would like to request that this functionality be considered as a Feature Request, as it would be extremely useful for managing temporary or cross-set changes.
