Hi,
We would like our staff to be able to receive SMS replies from parents and carers to SMS messages sent via Edgen. Additionally, we would like these SMS replies to be automatically recorded in Student Manager, in the same way that email correspondence is currently logged — with a full correspondence history.
As an SEN school, we have a high volume of communication with parents and carers, so having this functionality would greatly support our staff and ensure all communication is properly documented.
