At our school, we are working to analyse behaviour patterns more accurately in order to identify when and where incidents occur. Currently, the Reward & Conduct module does not allow the creation of custom fields, which limits our ability to capture essential information such as:
The specific time or period when the behaviour occurred
The academic department or subject context
Adding configurable custom fields (e.g., dropdowns or text fields) would allow schools to collect structured data, improve reporting accuracy, and make more informed decisions when supporting students and planning interventions.
This enhancement would significantly improve the usefulness of behaviour analytics across schools.
