We have various divisions on our iSAMS instance which generally run their own cover. One of our schools wants to add a message along the lines of "If you are unable to do this cover lesson please email <email address>. We've had to say no as that message would go to all divisions.
We would like to have multiple templates that we can set to default to specific divisions.
Within the Edit Cover Slip window, add a third tab called Divisions.
On that tab list all divisions with tick boxes.
If the division already has a default template selected, grey the tick box out, but use a screen tip technique to show the name of the default when holding the pointer over the tick box.
If the division already has the open template set as default, show it as blue (or default system colour)
If the division has no default template selected, leave the box empty.
The logic here is that one and only one default template can be set on any one division, but that editing one template cannot edit another. While that can be slightly frustrating, the screen tip trick is used to at least minimise the frustration there.
