I propose creating distinct sections for Upper School and Lower School statements so that each division can work with statements tailored specifically to their grade levels. Currently, all statements are grouped together and applied to whole school, which can make it difficult for teachers to quickly locate the statements most relevant to their students. Introducing separate sections would improve clarity, organisation, and ease of use for teachers.
2) Display Comments Under Each Statement Name
It would also be helpful to display the associated comment directly beneath each statement name. This would allow teachers to immediately understand the intended meaning, context, or purpose of a statement without needing to click or navigate elsewhere. Making the comments visible at a glance would streamline the process and support more consistent interpretation across the team.
