The current behavior is for the output files generated from the report printing module to have a file name that follow the output printing template name.
However if use the bulk printing feature to, for example, generate 10 individual reports, we then need to manually rename each of the 10 files to include the name of the individual pupils.
It would be beneficial if there exists an additional option so we can select what we want to add to the file name whether it is pupil name, form , etc.

This is a completely different process used to export the reports from the system and unfortunately isn't one we can utilise within bulk printing.

If we go to portal publishing and create a ZIP, the sub-folder "Reports" by Form" will have files that includes pupil/student name and ID.

This isn't controlled by us unfortunately, it's controlled within SSRS and it's a change Microsoft would need to implement to allow us to name reports dynamically upon export.
