As finance I see deposits and registration fees coming in to the bank. I match these to the students in fee billing and log each in the deposit section.
Admissions are the people who initiate the requests for money so they need to be able to see if money has been received but they don't have access to the fee billing module. I note that there is a registration fee box in Student Manager under "Asst&Fees". Could this link through to the student's fee billing page so that the student manager page is automatically updated?
