If I remember correctly, the Detention Manager used to email the detention attendance register to staff showing the student's family name followed by their forename. It now shows the family name followed by the preferred name. Now that the system has changed to preferred name (which in our database is the Chinese name of the student), the expat teachers are unable to know who has been in detention without complex manual referencing. Is it possible to have it show the forename or have the option of which to include?
