We would like the reminder to register email to teachers to be a reminder and not to state that they haven't completed their registration. The second email follows for any teachers that haven't done their registration. They should look different as they're being used for different reasons, the first simply needs to be a friendly reminder to do registration and the follow up should state that they've forgotten to complete it.
Thank you for your suggestion. The email templates are editable in the same way as other email templates in iSAMS - please go to Registration Manager > Configuration > Email Settings > Select the template > Click on Edit Email Template > Make changes to the HTML > Save & Close. I hope this helps.
I second this! Having to chase up teachers every registration period is very taxing on everyone. I am not being able to vote to add to this request.
