Missed Register Follow-up email should not include students with a past Leaving Date

We are happy with this feature but teachers recieve reminders to take attendance for students that have left the school:

These students have a leaving date (and so attendance can not and should not be taken for them). The students are not yet archived because we are waiting to publish their report cards first.

There should be a way to not include any students with a past Leaving Date.
