Even if an exam entry does not have a specific time or date timetabled, the information should still be included in the API data retrieved by third parties.

100% agreed. One of our schools has entries for Edexcel 4XES2, which is a cash-in with no components, and which incredibly isn't returned by the "Exams Entries" endpoint. I'm told that this is "expected behaviour", but I disagree.
This endpoint should return every single entry that a school has made.
