In our set-up of the Parent Cloud Portal we have disabled ' My Account, Communication History, View SMS', but it is still showing in the Portal - My Account > Communication History > SMS History tab is showing.
We do not want features that have been disabled showing, this can cause tricky conversations with parents.
Not sure if you've sorted this, but I think the solution for this one is to go to the Existing Parent Portal and disable those features in that Portal too. I've kept My Account, but have managed to hide Communication History and View SMS. Hope that helps, Kerry
