If you go to My Account --> My Profile on the cloud parent portal, and edit email or mobile or address, those changes get saved under the user detains in control panel seciton.
It will be very useful if the updated contact information like email address, phone numner and address gets updated under the right contact under Student Manager module which is accessible by all staff users on iSAMS.
Our teachers and receptionists have access to the student manager and they contact parents through their phone numbers under the contact details.
