Most of our parents inform us of their child's surgery details but do not specify a doctor. I see a different doctor each time I go to my local surgery. I have no recollection of which one is - in theory - 'my' doctor. Rather than have to manually go in and add a Name Unknown doctor to each surgery, could we not simply display the Surgery details independently of the Doctor field?
Or - could it pick up and display the surgery and automatically insert a 'Doctor not specified' in the Doctor field if that field is blank but the surgery field is not?
