When you search for a student, and go into Pupil Contacts and Networks on the right-hand side and then select Passports - the Passport Expiry Date is above Passport Date of Issue.
In all the passports we've seen, the issue date is above expiry date. It is causing our Admissions team a little bit of a headache and a bit more time has to be allocated to make sure the data isn't the wrong way around. Additionally, the system doesn't prompt if the issue date is later than the expiry date!
Thank you for your suggestion. We have been working on some enhancements to the passports and visas sections of iSAMS, which are due to be released imminently. One of these enhancements is the ordering of the fields, as 'Date of Issue' has been moved above 'Expiry Date' as this is more logical.
