Staff should be able to have access to HR Manager for the purpose of searching for staff lists by department (including support staff). However, HR Manager contains data on staff member's protected characteristics such as age. iSAMS should allow you to set permissions at a field level, not just at a tab level. This would allow administrators to hide specific fields such as age, previous surname etc.
The HR Manager quick view wizard is not sufficient for a large school, as it requires you to know the name of the person you are searching for. It does not allow you to search by iSAMS initials or department.
